solved DCS hangs and requires full restart in Multiplayer

* Flying in Virgin Australia training server

* After loading ordinance, game freezes for ~2 minutes

* Cruising at 30,000ft in FA18, looking for targets on radar

* Game freezes, doesn't recover and I'm forced to kill DCS.exe in task manager.

* i7 8700K, RTX2080-Super, 32Gb 3200Mhz RAM, DCS installed to a 500Gb Samsung Evo SSD

* Most graphical settings tuned to high (identical to Spudknockers DCS graphics setting video on YouTube)

* Happens every. single. time. in MP

Just happened again. Game froze and CTD hard to desktop w/out warning or any sort of error message right after switching to external view via F2 key. Again in the F18 hornet, cruse altitude not doing much. Looks like I won't be playing DCS for a while........figure

Update. Disabled hot plug devices under controller options and flew for a solid hour w/out problem. Fingers crossed it stays like that.
