AndyHill Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 Export.lua commands 311-314 don't seem to be doing anything (at least the engines don't stop). Are there some specific conditions that need to be fulfilled before the engines can be shut down? I've tried in the air (!) and sitting still on the ground with throttle on idle. Dmut Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 Hello Andy I suppose you tried this in v1.02? if so, then you should know, that commands 311-314 wasn't impelented in 1.02, please read "export.lua" file from the 1.02 patch. SUBS17 Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 A couple of days ago I crash landed online accidentally at an enemy air base. A Tungaska shot me up on finals but I still managed to land and refuel. One of the guys told me that if I shut down for 2 minutes the computer would repair me so I shut the engines down(yes they do turn off) and waited 5 minutes, nothing happened so I had to eject.(I was in an Su33 flying on one engine) cheers Subs [sIGPIC] [/sIGPIC]

I thought the older lua export stuff on the lockon.ru pages was referring to 1.02 and only the "Lua exporting in LockOn 1.1" -part was referring to 1.1 only features. Tracker Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 Nope, canopy can remain closed ;-) Just make sure your on hard surface off RWY at base and shut down engines for about 3 minutes.:cool: When all else fails, Eject then read the manual. Oh, and a good wingman helps.
