Ground personnel will not remove chocks

Ground personnel will not remove chocks. I don't know if this happens on land airfields as well because I generally only use chocks on the aircraft carrier.

I am currently unable to cold start a mission.

Resolved. The carrier would have the neutral role in the mission editor. For this reason, he does not obey the calls of the Hornet belonging to the blue coalition.

Which airplane? And the throttle must be completely idle.

I tried removing the Hornet from the platform and spawning a new one to fix the problem, however in this latest update the Hornet goes to the nearest airfield, it's like Supercarrier doesn't support more units on the platform and this could be a new bug.

I am attaching the mission for your review.

No no no!!!!!
NEVER do that! Do a repair (Standalone) or integrity check (Steam). De-re-install is just a total waste of time.
Try that mission, just to see if that works. If you still have issues, try to rename your DCS.xxx folder in your Saved Games. Could be a borked setting.
Cheers!

I established the USA as a neutral coalition when flights from other coalitions refused to land in Beirut, at which point the Carrier stops interacting with the blue coalition Hornet.

My mistake. Please mark as solved.

I have a dilemma with the creation of this mission and I explain it step by step.

First of all, the creation of this mission is based on a realistic scenario. I explain it. Most of the missions in DCS are based on bad guys vs. good guys, red vs. blue, and shooting without identifying.

I wanted to make it different by including cargo and passenger flights of neutral coalitions with their respective escorts and a real threat only to the cargo plane that we have to escort to Beirut.

This would force us to identify the threats visually and observe their attitude with the flir, as in real life, (I guess).

The threat will take its radar off and attack in stealth mode.

We also didn't want to use AWACS because this would make it too easy.

The problem is that we do not want to be alone in the air and we want other (neutral) flights to land in Beirut. This means that no element associated with the red or blue coalition can exist in Beirut, otherwise the rest of the traffic will not land. .

I wanted to set Beirut with cargo trucks and soldiers only available in the US coalition to give it visual appeal and reach a base with the appearance of receiving us and guiding us to its cargo terminal and for this I had to assign the US the role of neutral.

This is where the problem is, I will not be able to take off from a neutral aircraft carrier and I will not be able to make it an ally either because then the rest of the neutral flights will not land in Beirut.

Workaround, remove carts and infantry, but I don't like the look of the cargo terminal.

Hmmm... Have you tried RAT? Random Air Traffic. Pretty sure you can force anything to land anywhere. Not sure if you can include escorts though. But you can use it with anything flying in DCS. Also if you want civilian air traffic, add CAM, Civilian Aircraft Module, and if you want some more military cargo, go ahead and get MAM, Military Aircraft Module.
