Tarawa excessive AN/SPS-48E rotation speed

Hi everyone,

For some time the AN/SPS-48E NTU (RADAR on the rear of the superstructure) has had a rather excessive rotation speed; currently, it rotates at about 4× the speed that it should (~60 rpm / 360°/s or a rotation period of 1 s as opposed to 15 rpm / 90°/s or a rotation period of 4 s).

Checking the LHA_Tarawa.lua, on the Surface Radar Sensors there are these LUA statements:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-- SURFACE RADARS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GT.animation_arguments.radar1_rotation = 11;
GT.radar1_period = 3;
GT.animation_arguments.radar2_rotation = 12;
GT.radar2_period = 20;
GT.animation_arguments.radar3_rotation = 13;
GT.radar2_period = 45;

Note that there seems to be a typo, since radar2_period is assigned twice, while radar3_period is not defined at all. Hopefully @myHelljumper can take a look at it 🙏

Edit: Just tried it out, and changing that last line to:

GT.radar3_period = 15;

Slows down the rotation speed to a reasonable level.
