You are using Varjo Foveated, not mbuccia's Quad-views, correct? I would also uninstall XRTK, I see it's disabled but (for me) I would eliminate it as a potential issue. Get the OpenXR Layers GUI app to see exactly what APIs are loading - https://github.com/fredemmott/OpenXR-API-Layers-GUI/releases/tag/v2024.09.09

Mine looks like this (order of them loading can make a difference also!) -

What's everyone doing now that quite a bit has changed with Quad Views, etc?  I see mbuccia's post stating to not use his Varjo-Foveated (here: https://github.com/mbucchia/Varjo-Foveated/wiki)  and instead use the new feature in the latest version of Varjo Base (post here: https://varjo.com/vr-lab/make-the-best-out-of-your-varjo-experience-update-on-varjo-quad-view-eye-tracked-foveation-and-varjo-base-settings/) with the manually added registry keys.

The latest version of DCS now has Quadviews and eye tracking options in the settings as well..  so I'm wondering if anyone has experimented with what is the best way to use eye-tracked foveated rendering with the Aero with all of these recent changes?

Quadviews works in DCS, but Mbuccia DFR still gives you the best performance by a lot 10 to 15fps more in my case, and better visuals.

So are you leaving the Quadviews and eye track settings off in DCS and still using the Varjo-Foveated plugin from mbucchia?

General consensus from the Varjo Discord is to turn Quad-views ON, turn Eye Tracking OFF in DCS menu, and that Mbuccia's Varjo Foveated is still the best one (more options to tweak it)..

Cool, I'm doing that now (quad views on but dcs eye track setting off) but using the new Varjo reg key to force eye tracking and it seems to be working great. Performance seems a bit better than before the recent update.  I had uninstalled mbucchias plug in because at first I was getting some strange behavior but I think it was because I had the eye tracking dcs option enabled.
