zauii89 Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Hi  I've to say that when i first heard about DCS being in the works about a year ago i was a bit skeptic and eventually lost track of it due to many other games, but being a simulator fan of both modern and ww2 (IL2) i noticed as soon as it was released. Took a chance and bought this and it's the most incredible buy I've done in a long time , it's such an awesome experience and the amount of detail and realism is crazy :) I've never seen anything like it. So i just want to thank the developers and all people involved in the production for this fantastic new franchise and hope that it will live long :D I can imagine it will be pretty amazing as more flyables grow into the series and multiplayer evolves from coop til a massive head on experience as well. :) While on the subject i'd like to ask how long it will be until we'll see the A10A and Apache in DCS? I've seen the faq were it says they're already in development, question is when was the Faq written :). 9 months intervals i recall hearing somewhere, does that count from the release of black shark or the release of the first addon :)? Anyway just wanted to thank Eagle Dynamics really , :smilewink:
Chillspider Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 I have to agree it was a nice surprise before christmas and it was totally worth the wait. I'm only running AMD Dual 2.4 and 512 8800 gt on vista 32bit and this thing runs smooth and the campaign is running great. I have not had one problem yet and no crashes so way to go. And i think they said Apache will be first before a-10 and it wont be ready for about a year at least but i hope someone can correct me if im wrong. This truly was the best sim in sometime. Thanks ED for the early release and i will be buying the Box set when it comes out along with the manual. its worth it.
