AH_Solid_Snake
Random question but why specifically VF-154 in B models? Wouldn't the A be more appropriate?

When the tomcat came out, all of our documents, BFM material, TACFORM, and just overall knowledge of the aircraft was the B. When the A came out, it was evaluated that the change from the B to the A was more work than necessary. The idea has been resurfaced on multiple occasions, but never went through. In the end, everyone is not at the same proficiency. Teaching brand new RAG students on the A tomcat when they can have an easier time in the B was decided easier. TLDR: We all would love to fly the F-14A, but the work to transition is just not a priority at the second. 4 minutes ago, BreaKKer said: When the tomcat came out, all of our documents, BFM material, TACFORM, and just overall knowledge of the aircraft was the B. Another thing, funny enough, our liveries were initially made 1:1, so our BuNos and everything match up with the F-14A.
