GPS 3D model doesn't load in C-101EB

Hello,

I've tried to resolve this issue for some time but the 3D in-cockpit model for the NS430 does not appear in the C-101EB. The model appears in the C-101CC and all other aircraft, the 'Special' options are enabled for the C-101EB, the mission editor and main settings allow the NS430 (I tried front and rear seat) but the C-101EB cockpit never has the NS430. Using the keybinding shows the floating window with the NS-430, but it does not appear on the dash.

I have already tried un-installing & re-installing the C-101 module, un-installing and re-installing DCS, and this issue has persisted across several versions (for at least 6 months now).

 

I've attached the DCS.log and the mission file I used to test with. Sorry in advance if this should be directed to the NS430 subforum, since it only affects this one aircraft my first thought was to post here. Any help would be appreciated.

TL;DR:

• Testing your mission in my Steam Open Beta version - the NS430 3D model appeared on the C-101EB's cockpit dash, so it seems specific to your install.

• Going through your dcs.log "line by line" - there's nothing substantially different to my own.

Edit - Additional Info/Suggestions

You should check if the "NS430_C-101EB" folder that activates the C-101EB 3D model is present in "DCS World\Mods\aircraft"

... and that "NS430_C-101EB" is enabled in "Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config\pluginsEnabled.lua"

If not this post may be useful ...

Note that DCS's Module Manager and pluginsEnabled.lua only apply to DCS Standalone.

Stupid question. But you did buy/download/enable both the EB and the CC version. Right?

ensure you do three things

1) buy NS430 module base package https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/shop/modules/ns430/

2) buy the popup for C101 https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/shop/bundles/ns430_c-101eb_c-101cc_bundle/

3) enable it in the special options menu

Note, you can get both the base package and pop up as a bundle https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/shop/bundles/ns430_and_ns430_c-101eb_c-101cc_bundle/
