correct as is Problem chaff number display

When rearming with engine on on ground and changing number of chaffs, for exemple from 30 to 60 or 90, the new value is not correctly displayed in the CMWS windows but stuck to 30. No such problem with flares that display the right number asked.

The chaff and flare quantities can only be 30 for chaff and 60 for flares. No other combination can be used, despite what the rearm/refuel menu sliders do.

There is only one 30-cartridge dispenser for chaff. The other two are only for flares.
