New FLIR and VR FPS

New FLIR implementation fixes and adjustments tanks frames in VR - Turning on Targeting pod in A10C II(at night -tested), the frames dropped by 7fps then adding Mav screen on the other MFCD, another 4fps.

Using Reverb G2 and RTX 3090

The engine ED is using right now is way too old to be fixed IMO. It was designed in 2007 and released with KA50  Blackshark 1 if I remember it right. At that time multicore CPUs were still rare among users. So the game would always run using one core only and it won't be able to fully exploit the computing power of most current PCs. Plus graphic cards won't matter that much because it isn't the shortest piece of wood in a barrel. I guess we have to wait and see how ED makes adjustments to the vintage engine
