Apparently they've even put some Kh-29s on their Mirage F1s, and made that work.

To think in hopefully foreseeable future we can have Su-22, MiG-23, Mirage F1 all together! :)) Getting closer to my dream of mid-late Cold War aviation heaven in DCS, one module at a time :))

I wouldn't mind Su-22 with the IFR probe. I love AAR and hate it for being such less than ideal in DCS.

But M4 never has it.

It was one experimental (in Peruvian service) :

Yeah soviets didn't really do AAR during the CW for most stuff. Not how frontal aviation was designed to work.

I also hope we get the screen and the Ch-29 missiles. Would be a great additon as aground-pounder

No any . Notice than here, on ED Forum still no any offcial news or even info from author (Octopus G), so firstly wait for the news that the release will be possible .

Yeah that vid is more or less an unintentional leak IMO. And this plane is a few years out a minimum IMO.

Depends, the issue is likely if someone is developing it within russian with russian docs. Or outside of russia, with non russian docs... Say... IDK polish ones for the su22. (hint russia never used the 22)

Only if ED works on it, different situation is for 3th party and discontinued version. Mi-24P is using still, BS3 incoming, MiG-23 etc. So its possible still to do it, Im right?

Honestly only ED really knows, and they will tell us when they do actually know. I honestly figure the political situation probably screwed them hard on lots of things. That being said certain modules are still coming, so I hope the 29 is just a delay. From what I understand of the various "legal" issues its mainly russian info moving out of russia, i.e. russian manuals being used. That being said the 9.12 29 was exported to alot of nations, and I bet German, Polish, Czech, Cuban, etc. Docs are out there. So if they can make a case of we used "foreign docs" it might fly. The other interesting "chiz" post recently was that there is apparently a real legal difference between "Soviet" and "russian" stuff in that regard. So that may actually be helpful in the sense it might be possible to do "soviet" stuff. But not "modern" russian stuff.
