I know it is recomenden to create single flights for every client slot. Is this still the case or has it been sorted and we can naow create flights of client slots?

In other words, si it still recomended that every client slot should be a single flight?

Thanks in advance!

Putting more than one client in a flight wasn't possible back in the day, but that got changed and now it's absolutely fine to do so. That being said, as @Kanelbolle said, there are some community scripts that don't support this, mostly because they have been made back in the day when this wasn't an option.

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

Single unit support still isn't fully implemented in the current mission scripting environment, but we are getting closer. We've recently seen the (really welcome) introduction of an outTextForUnit() method that allows scripts to send messages to individual units, but until there's a method to install commands to individual units (not just groups), single unit groups are the only way to go when your mission requires single-unit command abilities (like ordering troops aboard your helicopter, or disembarking troops from your helicopter).

So, by all means, use multi-client groups, but avoid it when you need to be able to issue unit-specific commands from the "F10 Other..." communication tree.

Excellente guys, thanks alot. The topic becomes relevant in Naval Operations and the new ATC. You can use the Kiss of command and that sort fo things.

Not to mention taht you can populate a mission a lot faster taht way too.

Thanks again!
