Is there any way to ripple fire the mavericks from both stations rather than just fire from one station at a time?

Short answer: no.

Best you can do is quickly switch to another target and fire again right away. Real life mavericks need a bit more care taken to lock onto the correct target and it needs to be done individually. The jet also has no capability to control more than one maverick at a time.

Warthogs don't go fast, but they can go slow. Just set up at a comfortable distance and flying at about 200kts, and if you've got good contrast, you should be able to easily get two or even three Mavs in one pass if you know where the targets are. For static targets, it's best to use markpoints, so you can slave the SPI to steerpoint and just slew the Mav to it, lock, and fire, then advance the steerpoint and do it again. For moving ones, you need to get good at slewing the TGP around, but it can be done.

For the faster jets, locking multiple Mavs and shooting them in one pass is somewhat harder to do, so there's an option to lock them first and fire them off in a ripple. The A-10 doesn't really need it. You have plenty of time on your way in.

I haven't checked if it's possible to have two stations' missiles tracking simultaneously (might be possible?) but there's no one-button-two-missiles mode in the A-10. Using the HUD "wagon wheel" I've shot off 6 missiles sequentially in ~8 seconds easily though.

I believe what OP is referring to is alternating stations when firing (ie: firing "left station-right station-left station-right station") when you have the same variety of Maverick loaded on each station (eg: 4x AGM-65Ds). This isn't possible in the A-10C.

As has been stated already, with LAU-88s loaded no. For some more detail regarding why this is the case, see this post/thread.
