Both are good and more than enough for DCS, we all hope for several years since they are plenty of margin. It's mostly just the one you like better.

To say something, one has a somewhat better graphics card than the other. But it's only minor reached those performance levels.

Perhaps I'm missing something here, but looking at your current pc specs in you signature (at least I assume that's what you have now), both the proposed systems in your OP are only very marginally better then what you have now. Although I don't see all details of your current system, I dare to say that you will not notice any difference in performance.

Also, if you really want to spend your money now and see maybe a slight improvement, you should consider upgrading to a RTX 3090.

But obviously, the best advice is to just enjoy what you have now and wait for the next gen Nvidia series to be released.

System specs:

i7-8700K @stock speed - GTX 1080TI @ stock speed - AsRock Extreme4 Z370 - 32GB DDR4 @3GHz- 500GB SSD - 2TB nvme - 650W PSU

HP Reverb G1 v2 - Saitek Pro pedals - TM Warthog HOTAS - TM F/A-18 Grip - TM Cougar HOTAS (NN-Dan mod) & (throttle standalone mod) - VIRPIL VPC Rotor TCS Plus with ALPHA-L grip - Pointctrl & aux banks <-- must have for VR users!! - Andre's SimShaker Jetpad - Fully adjustable DIY playseat - VA+VAICOM

Yes, correct, I send back the system, was bad, overheating and restarting the whole time. So I need to change my signature once I have a new one.
