Hi, currently the hud is pretty much unreadable in vr so i'm asking if this is the caso too in the real plane or is just a thing that needs to be polished out

despite this, fantastic module, really enjoy fliying it

Same here, the altitude is almost unrecognizable and headings barely visible (Quest2 user without issues in other modules)

Yep, Reverb G2 here and exactly the same "problem": I can't read the HUH without using VR-Zoom.

The same issue, digits and symbols are too small or too blurry in VR on HUD.
This is only the one module with this issue for me.

+1 for fix (maybe in TAB, special opion for VR user as "bigger symbols on the HUD")?

This module really needs a special option scale bar to increase the hud text size.

Or perhaps a different font would work too? Not very realistic but that's why we have the Special Options tab...

Vive Pro 2 (@2448x2448 per eye, 150% oversampling) - unreadable from normal viewing distance (i.e. without zoom). It seems to me that the HUD is "projected" too far into the distance.

It would be nice if it can be fixed by changing the projection distance

Also using an HP Reverb G2 here. I am using the OpenXR mod instead of SteamVR.

To get Mirage F1 HUD numbers with at least some readability I had to change the "Custom Render Scale" in the "OpenXR-Tools for Windows Mixed Reality" (names could be different, using non-English version) from 50% to 100%.
To deal with the FPS reduction I disabled the 4x MSAA to None for now (now getting more shimmering edges of course). Will see how this goes. But the numbers are now at least somewhat readable.

Former Mirage F-1 pilot here. I fly in VR with G2 and brightness is close to real plane.

Thanks, it isn't a problem of brightness but the indications appears very small and unreadable.
Reverb G2 too...

PIMAX 8K user.  Little hard to read and need to zoom every once in awhile, but I still use the analogue instruments for most of what I need.  Absolutely love the aircraft.  Here was my first cold start, takeoff, and landing.  Needs a little work, but really digging it.

How did you record video with this ratio? Looks like 16:9, my video from VR looks like a sqare with black unregular frames (so like picture on desktop from VR).

Yep, this topic is present but not in bug section. Moderator could connect those two topics.
