Thrustmaster TWCS sticking grease ?

Recommended Posts

WD40 is a great rust preventative but not a great lubricant. The best way to do it is take it apart, line the plastic half moon channels with packaging tape, then lubricate with lithium grease on both the metal rails and the packaging tape lined half moon channel mounts. I did mine like that and they have been perfect for over 2 years of heavy use. I get absolutely no binding/sticking when trying to move the throttle from the very top as it would when stock.
