Mr. Farknocker Posted September 9, 2022 Share Posted September 9, 2022 I have experienced intermittent problems with my my pipper and fishnet in my HUD during fight. For reasons which escapes me, both of these things shut off ocassionally. When this happens, my airspeed indicator and altimeter also stopped working. After a few minutes it goes back on again only to shut off once more after a minute or two. This cycle seems to repeat itself every so many minutes. Are these intermittent problems caused by a frozen pitot tube and will turning on the pitot tube heat solve the problem? I don 't think its a bug.
