fixed VID-Modes in MPD | Weird behavior

Multiplayer bug:

 

After a human CPG joining into the aircraft, the VID-modes on the MPD´s shows a weird behavior. After clicking VID, the menu appears and disappears immediately.

It's supposed to remember the last video setting and only show the menu when no video was selected or when you open the menu with the R6 button if video is showing.

I have however noticed the menu popping up for a very brief time when it tries to show tads after selecting the VID button. I haven't tested other video sources though. Only after that it disables the menu like it should.

I've reported it already in other thread.
To be able to get into the "Underlay" menu You have to deselect the TADS with T6 button, then click VIS. That way the menu will become persistent.

Correct, but as described in the old thread, a separate thread should be created for each bug. Therefore I created one explicitly for the VID bug.
