Arkid77
Hi, I have a Saitek/Logitech G X56 H.O.T.A.S. And I'm trying the set it up where the 2-position Slider(JOY_BTN33), on the throttle, toggles the afterburners in the F/A-18C. But when I try to set it up, it only binds/detects when the slider is pushed forwards. And when I try it in game, it only toggles when the slider is pushed forward/doesn't toggle when pushed backwards. Unlike Microsoft Flight Simulator, which does respond to both positions. SickSidewinder9
That's odd about MSFS because as far as I can tell, the "slider" is just a button, so sliding it is the equivalent of holding down a button. Makes a good parking brake, basically. Edited November 22, 2022 by SickSidewinder9
Solution Arkid77 Posted November 30, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted November 30, 2022 (edited) I found a new solution. In the Assignment Panel, you have to manually scroll through the Key/Button list and assign both "JOY_BTN33" and "JOY_BTN33_OFF". Now the slider functions/works correctly. Arkid77
Also if you setting it up for the Afterburner detents like me, and the slider is inverted to the aircraft's detent position, go to Options, Special, "the aircraft you want to set up", Afterburner detent, and change it to Always on or Always off.
