Reporting VR performance problems

Hi all, 

to help us get as much information as possible please follow this guide when reporting VR performance issues. 

What we need:

dxdiag ( enter dxdiag into the search box on the windows taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results. In the tool, select Save All Information for an easily shared format.)

dcs.log

Short as possible track replay where you experience the issue, attach if under size limit or link via a cloud link.

This will help a lot when trying to diagnose issues.
