The Mk 40 and the 63 were, but they were removed (the Mk 40 model however still exists in the files) from the roadmap.

The issue is right now DCS isn't set up for mines - in terms of damage models, weapon modelling and graphical effects(-ish, the current old splash effect would probably be sufficient).

In general submerged warfare (be it mines or anything submarine related) basically doesn't exist beyond gyro-angle torpedoes and the whole naval aspect is probably one of DCS' most lacking.

Really hope that ED keeps working on this. They're making slow but steady progress in this regime.
Torpedoes are here (even if a little buggy for now), subs are there and can dive already since some time now, ships attack stuff... it's getting somewhere.

We need the Mk40 for the Tornado as well, or lets say my weapon list states 'Mk83 Mod 4' as a sea mine.
