Can the Default F2 Camera be changed with a Script?

I bought a new ultra-wide monitor(32:9 / 5120x1440) and I was wondering if there was any way to change the default F2 External View angle to not be so steep and zoomed in?  Every Aircraft has this F2 View angle and zoom.   I always zoom out a bit and change the angle to see at least some of the horizon.  It's just annoying.  

Is there a Script somewhere that defines this F2 view for all aircraft?  Or could one be called from the Export.lua at mission start to do this?
