However, the left hand only reacts to the right or combined thrust lever. Well…I would think that 99.9% of the time, the pilot will move both throttles simultaneously. So what you describe is usually not a factor. You could also argue, that the pilot‘s hands (of the virtual pilot body) always remain on stick and throttle and don‘t move to other buttons/switches accordingly as you press them.
