Gunfreak Posted February 22, 2023 Posted February 22, 2023 OK, this sounds really strange, but I got my brunner FFB base today and while testing it out. The AI did some weird stuff. First my P51 wingman rolled over and took a nose dive into the ground, no damage or anything, just rolled over and dived into the ground. Then 5 minutes later the 109 I was fighting rolled over and took a nose dive into the ground in very similar way to my wingman. I can't remember seeing this behaviour before, but today it happened twice in 10 minutes and the only new thing I know off is that my FFB base was hocked up. i7 13700k @5.2ghz, GTX 5090 OC, 128Gig ram 4800mhz DDR5, M2 drive.
Devrim Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 Technically there's no relationship between those but it would be very fun to watch it. Milkyblue Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 The answer is yes. I find that you can observe that best in GS video (@2:30), where he tests the new AI: For me i had AI wingmans and opponents crash into the ground, because of low flying maneuvres My rig: RTX 2080ti - R9 3900X at 4.1 GHz - 32 GB RAM at 3200 MHz - 970 EVO NVMe M.2 SSD - Rift S
Devrim Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 I'm thinking that these two posts (OP's and yours) are not telling the same issue, imho.
