2.8.3 Controls settings ignores inputs to find assignment

Hi,

since 2.8.3 I've tried to redo some trainings from the KA-50, and I am often jumping to the controls settings. Now it happens, that very often it did not react to any input. I could configure, but just pressing the button, or the key on the keyboard, it did not highlight / select and moves to the assigned command.

This returned to normal after ending the mission. Restarting it, it first worked, but then, something seams to happen and id does not work again.
