ARK-5 NEAR preset wrong display

Replicate:
1) Preset a frequency at mission editor in NEAR
2) Then in cockpit
 - Select NEAR. listening is OK, arrow pointing is OK -> CORRECT
 - But NEAR rudder fails (on left panel) to move to acording band. It's allways 150 - 310. So display on the right panel always shows 150 - 310 band -> BUG

In other word, three examples:

So BUG is:
NEAR preset fails in cockpit to change selected NEAR band to 310-640 or 640-1300 when needed.
