MickV Posted May 28, 2023 Share Posted May 28, 2023 Since the last Open Beta patch I've noticed dramatically increased radar noise from ground clutter at low altitudes. It's not universal, but over a lot of terrain at starting at around 1500m-ish altitude the most of the lower half of the screen is solid yellow ground clutter return. I didn't see anything in the patch notes, so am I seeing things, or has anybody else noticed it? I'm not complaining - while it's a substantial capability loss, it does seem a lot closer to the real-world limitations of the RP-22. Just curious if this was deliberate or something unintended?
