Everyone in his childhood had a dream of space and wanted to be an austronaut.

Am I right?;)

Nope - Dreamt of being a Womble, Burrowing and Livin' underground :D

Not as shiny as the above, but these pictures of Orion have actually been taken by my brother and me: :)

Very nice Acedy! A long time ago I used to do this too... It always was a lot of fun!

There are only 10 types of people in the world: Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

i wish we could have such ambitious space programs in Europe ..

We have space programs in Europe such as the particle accelerator which is there to explore the physical or the smallest side of the universe I suppose, plus the mars exploration vehicles and the international space station I.e. there is always some kind of space programs being worked on in Europe, after all NASA has been pretty good and anyone anywhere in the world can enjoy their yield.

I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully.

yes but don't know maybe i'm wrong but it seems that Europe has a more pragmatic more commercially oriented approach the US have a space shuttle they talk about a lunar base with in sight the space exploration they give more the impression to have the "head in the stars" they try to keep the dream alive while we (in Europe) see our future through the economy . Putting satellites in orbit is cool but manned space exploration is cooler , i know it's not a very pragmatic approach but the opposit of the pragmatism is the dream , isn't it ? making the europeans dream a bit won't hurt them

I’d ram A380 to find a swimming pool and toss 747 into space for shuttle collection.

You gave me lots of laugh, LOL, man!

Astronomy and space flight was always my interest and hobby along aviation - it is just so correlated - sailing through the space and time, seeing the greatness of Nature everywhere..

The Greatness of Spacetime, yeah
