fixed AI using wrong light to taxi

Hi after several check and looking at IRL video, I can say that the (Police) search light isn't used to taxi and/or take off and landing. Also after shuting down, it remains on on the AI aircraft. I know it's a minor bug 

I worked 10 mounth at the BA132 Colmar-Meyenheim,with the pilots, and saw the F1 CT every day and a lot of nights .

I know you're working hard on the BE, maybe you can correct this at the same time.
