Help - Thrustmaster T16000m throttle - how to use mouse look

Does anyone know how to use free look using the T16000M HOTAS? And adjust the sensitivity?

Also how do you use the cursor to show and not having to use a mouse?

Bind these actions to a hat, or only bind "Down slow", "Left slow", "Right slow" & "Up slow" to any four buttons of your choice:

(Binding "View Center" is also recommended. Obviously, you cannot adjust sensitivity with this approach.)

If you insist on using axis, your only option is to bind the following actions to the mini-stick:

...and then adjusting the curves for both (via the "Axis Tune" button at the bottom) to something like this:

is there any way to adjust the sensitivity of the mini stick in thustmaster software?

 

for example in the Logitech GX56 i can control the sensitivity of the thumbstick using the GX56 software

 

any way to do so in the thrustmasteR?
