Improved coalition lists

First I'd like more lists

Right now we only have 4 coalition lists

World War II, Cold War, Modern, and Custom. I would love the option to name and save a list. 

Next a faction filter - a check box that will limit the faction list to nations in the theater. In the case of the modern Marianas and Nevada this might be US and USAF aggressors
