is it possible to insert lofc 3-d objects into dcs???

hello to the forum,

 

today was the day - the german dcs version received. :-)

 

i´m unhappy with the map, no satellite view - or am i to stupid??

 

other question: is it possible insert lofc 3-d objects? ? i mean also to see them in the mission editor and place them in missions?

Correct - No satellite view - (might come later - much later)

 

Second question - It can be done but it's a complicated procedure. I have installed Birdy Trees and changed a few static objects around, and you can replace an aircarft with another aircraft, but it keeps the flight characterisitics of the original aircraft - so no point replacing a transport with a jet - it just does not work right and the jet might end up sitting about 10 feet above the runway with propellor sounds !!!

 

Not as user friendly as LOFC, but once you work out what is different it can all be changed around.
