Please add a keybind for toggling Cockpit Tooltips on/off

as title says.

I would consider it very useful to be able to toggle cockpit tooltips on/off while in the plane.

(Of course, they should stay allowed/restricted by multiplayer server hosts.)

Seems like a good idea. Don’t know why this would need to be a server/mission setting though.

Me neither, but I don't want to bother people who need it on their servers with this wish.
