Add RSBN/ARK position by editing R_NAV.lua?

This video below explains how add a RSBN or ARK position on any map. We actually have the R_NAV_data.lua that explain how edit the corresponding map .lua for nav. 

if I add a particular map position to RSBN navigate, that RDBN will work for me in every multiplayer server for that map?

its Integrity check passed after editing this NAV map .lua?
