odd problem with options

hi

i installed flaming cliffs 1.1b over my clean lock-on.

 

so far okay. then i installed 1.2. so far okay

 

but then i got over my settings, and tried to configure my x52-pro hotas, within the games option.

and ther was my problem.

i can asigne commands to keys without any proplem. also the axis is no problem....but then

when i switch to set commands to my hotas buttons, a strange behaviour comes up.

every time i select a command in the list, by clicking it with mouse, and then click on CHANGE- button, the window which says: please select button ...comes up and disappears

emidietly without getting a chance to push any button on my hotas.

instead i see then buttons assigned ...sometimes button 33...or 35...or 38...

 

any help on this? because i would like to set commands to my hotas within the game.

not to use my x52 configurator.

Sorry, but it's best to use the LOCK on menus for AXIS only, and the SST software for your buttons.
