Datalink - unit name issue

As shown in the screenshot, the unit names are not showing up correctly on the Com page in the Apache.  They should show up in game as Saber and Crow.Apache DLink Names.png

Please attach a track (.trk), and the mission (.miz) file if able, so we can review it.

Thank you, however it looks like @Mange solved it.  I had to use capital letters such as CHAOS for Unit ID and CHAS for Call Sign when naming the COM Presets in the Mission Editor

That's still a bug if the UI allows you to enter invalid characters.

It is probably a good idea to filter the characters you can put into the text boxes, limit the text length to the maximum allowed in the aircraft, and also change them to upper case either as you type or as it's transferred to the aircraft.

Remember to test edge cases such as no text input or copy+pasting text in there with invalid length and/or invalid characters.

Just tested it. Radio settings allow lower case letters and invalid letters to be entered.

There also is no character limit in place
