Your thread history precedes you! stop moaning for the love of Kobol gods damn XD

Also, this error happened to me when I tried to load a custom mission I've made that it had an error because I'd changed a .miz file directly using a text editor and not throught the DCS editor. When the trigger kicked in, there was a sound request that couldn't be loaded and crashed this way.

ok, i did put sounds in using the mission editor, my bad i used this function. how stupid of me, its ofcourse completely normal this would cause crashes.

how stupid of me to think that if the campaigns dont work the multiplayer is buggy that the mission editor would work.

Keep moaning.

Wich format did you use for sound files? wich codec? parameters? etc.

after i bought the game, with 4 out of 5 campaigns it says not compatible with windows vista, i would have loved to know this before i bought the game..

no idea, it was a sound file supplied with the game (i thin it was a morse code sound), i have no problems with this map when i test it from the single player mode (changed 1 client to player in order to test)

Sounds into the game should be .wav or .ogg, check it. Perhaps updating sound drivers or codecs would help. Also re-check you're doing it right in the editor.

About the campaign "not compatible" with Vista, it's a mistake that's going to be corrected in the next patch. It is compatible with Vista. But I bet you already have read that in the many forum threads about it.

i did notice the campaign works, however i am getting bad fps while my pc is better then most people who claim they get 30-40 fps...i cant get above 17 fps and teh last 2 catalyst drivers dont work with sp, because u HAVE to disable catalyst ai, when i do this fps drops to 9-13....

i have amd dual core 3,12 ghz 4 gig of ram ati radeon 4850 (512 mb) and my framerates are down the drain....weird since i can run a game like crysis on full sets with 27 fps....
