F18 Coms 1&2, intercom with 2.9 chat

Hi everyone,

I look at Wagg's video about radiochat in 2.9 but with the Apache exemple I am a lttle bit lost with the F18.

Can someone explain the difference between the Intercom and radio (comm 1 & 2)
In particular I know where to deals with Com 1&2 channels but where can we set the intercom frequency ?
Also where one can setup the PTT shortcut for com 1, 2 and intercom ?

The Hornet has two radios in ED's VOIP - Radio 1 and 2. The plane does not have an intercom (which is used to communicate between the front and back seater), as it is a single-seater jet in DCS.

Search for VOIP in the Hornet control section and that should get you there

Found it HOWEVER
the com 2 shortcup works well
BUT
The Com1 shortcut alway calls the "Auto" menu

What am I doing wrong ?

Hi,

Got it. Sounds it was a conflict between different shortcut.

Another question : is it possible with the 2.9 chat to use it to speak with other players who have rejoined the same MP interface before going in the cockpit and starting aircraft system ?
