authorization key?

where would I find such a thing in the dl version of Black shark? I tried the sales id I recieved and also my transaction id number from my sale right on their web page. neither worked. what am I doin wrong or not looking?

Log into the DCS website, click "files" then "products". You will see your serial number there.
