Editing Explosions For Ground Vehicles and Building

I have been trying to replace the explosion effect of active ground vehicles, like the ATZ-10 or ATMZ-5, with the much bigger explosion effect of ground vehicles when they are placed as static objects. The static vehicle explosions are much more realistic for HazMat vehicles like these but I would like to be able to experience these effects when engaging moving vehicles. If this is not possible on the individual vehicle level, is there any way to edit the size and type of explosions for all of the vehicles?

 

Also, is there any way to replace a building's crumbling or burning effect with those from another building? Such as replacing subsidiary structure D's burning effect with that of the ammunition depot's "secondary explosion" burning effect. Or another example being replacing the fuel or chemical tank's "poof" with the static ground vehicle's "BOOM!"

I know there must be some way to do it I just can't quite figure it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
