MFG Crosswind V3 problem - anyone dealt with warranty issues ?

had my MFG's for about 6 months. Very happy with them. Compared to my old CH Pedals, it's whole another world. 

 

Couple days ago they stopped working. Just dead. No usb plugging in sound, nothing showing in device manager, usb viewer etc. 

I tried 2 different cables and two different computers, in all cases same thing. Pluging them in and out results in nothing. No sounds, no loading, no devices. 

 

I contacted support, despite clearly stating in initial submission that there is no sound, i was asked if there was a sound. Replied that there isn't and for last 2 days there was no contact. 

Started to wonder, is there a warranty on MFG and frankly i can't find anything on a subject on their website. Anyone knows ? Anyone has similar problems ?

Mine are fine.

I’d take a look at their software configurator and see if you get anything. Sounds like you’ve tried everything there is to try apart from getting feedback from MFG themselves. They were pretty well contactable when I tried, though I wasn’t having any problems with them.

Try mailing MFG again I s’pose?

Did that. They asked if there is a sound, got reply that there was not. That was 4 days ago, no contact since then 😞

Update, just received a shipping notice. I'm guessing the electronic part replacement is on the way. Will update.
