Mandatory predefined keystrokes for every keybind in every module from ED and 3rd parties

It's simple, we have many nice keybinds, while a lot of them have no predefined keystrokes. This makes it harder to share profiles for popular apps like VoiceAttack and peripherals like macro keyboards.
