How does seeing your aircraft fill with fuel 1000 yards from the tanker have any training value? It just doesn’t. And those other steps like finding the tanker aren’t the part people have trouble with and require all the practice. 
Honestly it seems like you don’t know how to do AAR. Perhaps you should learn how before trying to come up with suggestions to help train at it.

Procedure. Getting more practice in while doing it live rather than just in a strict training environment. But again, the only one who has suggested that is you. If you don't like your suggestion, you can just change your mind and it will go away.

No. By very definition, having unlimited fuel is in every way nothing like having to manage fuel. The whole point of unlimited fuel is that, not only do you not have to manage fuel — you can't manage it. It removes it as a thing that happens. Assisted AAR means you have to manage your fuel, same as everyone else.

Then they need to remove tankers altogether, since their entire purpose is to make access to fuel easier.

Or they could learn to police their servers better. The good news is that there are assists available for that.

By making practice more accessible since you no longer have to choose between a dedicated practice session or flying a mission with refueling.

Says who? So now practice isn't important because it's not the part you deem randomly important?

If you're going to refuel for the sake of flying a mission instead of just randomly hooking up to a tanker, all of the things I mention matter and should be covered in training. If you want to make AAR into some kind of contextless minigame, you can ignore them, but not everyone wants that.

You can fly missions using unlimited fuel if you’re not confident in being able to AAR. That doesn’t prevent you from attempting it or practicing during the mission.

If you aren't willing to put the effort into mastering one of the more difficult aspects of this "sim" you aren't going to get much satisfaction from it. Practice some.

This discussion is about automated AAR and like I said. The bottom line here is that all players should have the choice.

Exactly this,

people that never did AAR are trying to suggest aids to do it, like giving advice about dating and you never had a partner

 

AAR is like life, it will not be easy once you start living on your own, but when you make it, it is really rewarding.

Practice guys, you can do it, don't be a quitter.

As for the request, I have already said we have no plans for an easy AAR option, 

we are planning improvement to basket physics, but that is something for the future.
