Mission 5 - is this a bug?

I've gotten to part where i need to find the crash site

i've been given coordinates and i enter the coordinates and fly there -

N36,15,19 and E39,10,03 

When i get there, i am told the crash site is slightly north of that point

i can't find it anywhere? i've searched exhaustively

is this a bug ?

No bug, but you should be looking for a village with troops in it, north of the coordinates, not the crash site.  The village is about half a mile north of the coordinates given.
