fixed F/A-18 AI Case II broken

DCS doesn't (any more) know how to manage F-18 AI Case II returns. I remember that in the past this was possible.

I've tried spawning planes from the boat, in flight, alone, in pairs or more... it always ends with a crash in the water on the descent.

PS the client aircraft in the mission is there to make sure the conditions are Case II
