Hi,

I really enjoy the Wolfpack campaign (I'm currently working my way through "V for Victory" and "Beware! Beware!" in parallel and love them). I have flown a couple of campaign missions with the Jug now, and in my last one, the whole group arrived back in Debden. What would be the right process for the landing, in which order will the group land, and why should I do/wait for? I know that the DCS AI has its limitations and that (especially around taxiing, take-off, and landing) lots of ... interesting/funny/scary things can happen around the AI.

Thanks a lot!

The DCS I is hard coded to land like modern day transport aircraft, not WW2 fighters, so as soon as you see the field, detach and land on your own. Just watch out for traffic.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly - that's exactly what I have done so far, good to know it's basically best practice

One more question re landing with the AI: I'm also playing the Bodney campaign and on the first (combat) mission, my wingman flew into my when I was landing. I thought I had given them an RTB command but maybe I did something wrong. What is the correct procedure to prevent my flight from "landing" with me in formation?
