Minor cockpit lighting issues in external view

Hi,

I noticed recently that for all flyable versions of the F1 (I haven't tested the AI though they probably are the same) many of the cockpit elements glow bright red in the external model when the cockpit lighting is on. 

 In addition, the F1BE rear seat lacks a visual effect on the external model when the cockpit lighting is on, except for a few stray elements which glow red, such as the mirror hinges.

This bug slipped in last update. We noticed it but windows to commit for next update are strict. It is OK in our internal build.
