Mission 3 recovery question

Hi @Sandman Simulations, just completed Mission 3 and have question about the case III recovery comms. The briefing does say that we'll contact Marshal separately but after Queen says to switch to Marshal, there's no further comms from her about the recovery. I found myself following her around in the dark with her typical erratic moves not knowing what she was doing and whether I should wait for her instruction or go ahead and contact Marshal. I eventually decided to go ahead and start usual case III comms and went fine after that. 

Just want to know if I missed some instruction from Queen or some intended comms perhaps didn't trigger? Thanks

Hi again,

There should be a text commanding to contact marshal via dcs communication menu.

I'check if there is a problem with that

I checked that trigger for text instructions should be ok and I'm getting it. Text should stay for 15 minutes or until landing, until spacebar is pressed. It of course still can be missed.

If you are playing this mission again and there is no text for you after Queens command to switch to Marshal or someone else has the same problem please report me.

Thanks for checking, I don't remember seeing or reading such message but I could well have just missed it or pressed space accidentally.

I had a similar problem: After taking down the Syrian Mig's, lead starts to report "SAM launched" repeatedly. Suddenly she is gone from the SA/datalink and I did not hear anymore from her or any others. I assumed she was downed and returned to the boat and contacted Marshal myself. Landed ok and then got a debrief.

Thank you for your report. Good to hear you made it back to the carrier and got the debrief as supposed. Still it sounds to me that everything didn't went just as is should. I suppose you don't have a track saved but if you are using Tacview please send me the file. I'll try to find out if there is some new bug introduced.

Hi, Unfornatley I forgot to save a track and I disabled Tacview some time ago due to performance. Maybe time to enable it now that performance in DCS is much better in VR.

Will make a track next time.

I'm just trying to test this but it seems that in development version AAR is broken once again so can't play the mission yet. Just reported this to ED and hope it won't get into release.
