can anyone help me,

 

I cannot find my activation key for FC and I want to play again. I tried to purchase another downloadable but couldnt pay, I have the game I just need an activation key but the transaction is just not working, I tried to write to the webmaster and to activation@lockon.ru but I am not even sure that they are paying any attention to FC this days,, What can I do.

I've checked your transaction. Make sure you fill all fields correctly. It look like you've mistyped something.

 

Also you can purchase FC from another web shop. Here is a small list.

But how can I know exactly where?... since I live in central America I gues that my billing post code should be 000. Do you know if the adress has to be typed in a certain way? I am adding the adress to where my credit card is registered to.

I dont see where else I can be wrong

Now, If you could tell me how this is going to work exactly 10 installations and that is it right? on my laptop and in my other computer or just in one computer? ???

It's clearly written in the EULA:

The "Program" may only be used one computer at a time; the "Software" may not be run on multiple computers simultaneously.

 

Each FC serial number has 5 activations. Use them wisely. Notice that there is an Activation Store Utility (in files downloads section) which allows to save activation data to restore it later. But it won't work in case of Windows reinstallation or hardware upgrades (when hardware code changes).

Do I have to have an Internet connection every time I lunch the game? Or want to play? What happens If I don’t have internet all the time? Can I still play?

Internet is necessary only to activate FC. Activated game doesn't need Internet.
