I had the same red exclamation mark as everyone else and I couldn’t even reload my saved input files or my backed up version after last weeks update. Even after restarting and loading the input file it kept red exclamation marks everywhere so I had to rebind them all. 
 

but the issue that persists is none of my hotas, keyboards or steam decks are seen or picked up in DCS axis and controls but yet they work. 
 

normally when you flick a switch on a hotas in controls it jumps to that command - mine and many of my colleagues in our group it does not and weird ghost inputs happen on all modules.

hello. are you able to post your DCS.LOG? the GUIDs of the controller found will be in there.

edit: i ran across this post. nuclear option but may be worth your effort.
